Easy Weeknight Meal

This flavorful bang bang tofu is the perfect weeknight meal. You only need 8 ingredients and 40 minutes. 


Coat pressed & cubed tofu in cornstarch, panko, and garlic powder.

Bake coated tofu for 40 minutes at 400F.

Combine vegan mayonnaise with sriracha, sugar, and salt for the bang bang sauce.

Toss baked tofu in the bang bang sauce until coated.

Serve over rice or on its own and enjoy!
