Serve up the most decadent side dish with these Black Truffle Mashed Potatoes! Creamy and easy to make, these flavorful mashed potatoes are sure to be a hit!

INGREDIENTS

Boil potatoes in vegetable broth until very soft then drain. 

Add cubes of potato to the potato ricer (or use a potato masher) and press out into a bowl. 

Add cream cheese, butter, and truffle sauce. Mix to combine.

Season with salt & pepper. Serve hot and drizzle with truffle oil on the top.
