BLACK TRUFFLE RISOTTO

IMPRESSIVE MEAL!

This creamy Risotto al Tartufo is so rich and decadent, made with black truffle sauce and fresh parmesan–this recipe is to die for!

INGREDIENTS

Sweat onions until translucent then add garlic until fragrant. Add in arborio rice and toast for 1-2 minutes. 

Deglaze the pan by adding white wine. Stir until nearly absorbed & evaporated.

Add 1/4 cup vegetable broth at a time, only adding more once fully absorbed. Repeat until all broth is used.

Add the truffle sauce, salt, and grated parmesan and stir to combine.

Add the butter and stir continuously until the butter has fully emulsified into the risotto.

Adjust seasoning to taste and serve hot. Garnish with fresh truffle, fresh chives, and flaky salt.
