If you need a perfect vegetable side dish for your next dinner, look no further than these hot honey roasted carrots and parsnips! Sweet and spicy, with a little tang, these are the best.

INGREDIENTS

Add hot honey, butter and balsamic vinegar to a bowl. Microwave then whisk to combine.

Add carrots, parsnips and garlic to a sheet pan. Toss with olive oil.

Bake for 30 minutes then coat in the honey mixture. 

Garnish with salt, pepper and fresh parsley. Serve!
