This Vegan Cream of Mushroom Soup is a healthier, tastier version of the classic canned soup! Whip this up with just a few basic ingredients!

INGREDIENTS

Whisk together melted butter and flour to create roux.

Add in milk and whisk until thick then add in mushrooms.

Stir the mushrooms until fully immersed in roux base. Add salt & garlic powder. 

Add in milk and cornstarch slurry then simmer the soup.

Serve and garnish with fresh rosemary
