You'll be shocked by how simple this escargot recipe is! Impress your friends with one of France's classic dishes – escargot (snails) with a parsley garlic butter!

INGREDIENTS

Mix together softened butter, garlic, shallot, parsley, white wine, salt, and pepper.

Spoon the garlic butter into a baking dish, top with escargot, then another dollop of garlic butter.

For shells, add a scoop of garlic butter, press in the escargot, then cover with another scoop of garlic butter.

Bake in a 400º F oven for 10-12 minutes.
