GOAT CHEESE RISOTTO

SUPER EASY TO MAKE! 

THE PERFECT SIDE DISH

This creamy Goat Cheese Risotto is so delicious, tangy, and easy! It's a perfect weeknight dinner or side dish, and it comes together so easily!

INGREDIENTS

In a pan melt butter and sweat onions until translucent. 

Add arborio rice, stir to combine and toast for a minute. 

Deglaze with the white wine and stir until wine is nearly evaporated. 

Add 1/4 cup of broth to the rice at a time. Continue until all broth has been used and absorbed.

Add goat cheese, salt and pepper and stir to combine.
