Pack in extra veggies with this delicious pasta with green sauce! With no dairy or oil, this is so healthy & luscious. Make it in under 30 minutes!

INGREDIENTS

Boil cashews until soft, then boil zucchini for just about 30 seconds. Throw in spinach until wilted and drain.

Add zucchini, spinach, cashews, chives, basil, lemon, & salt to a blender until smooth

Add the green sauce to cooked pasta with a bit of pasta water.

Combine and stir over medium heat.

Serve warm & garnish with herbs & crushed cashews.
