This eggless pasta dough uses only 2 ingredients and doesn't need any special tools.

INGREDIENTS

Whisk flour & oil/water mixture until shaggy dough forms.

Finish combining the dough with yours hands.

Let chill for 30 minutes in the fridge. 

Roll out pasta, fold, then cut into strips. Unroll to reveal long strands.

Cook for about 1 minute in boiling salted water, until the noodles begin to float.
