Cooking pasta in the Instant Pot is so quick and easy, and the rest of the recipe is just tossing everything together!

INGREDIENTS

Add pasta & water and cook for 5 minutes.

Set to keep warm then add coconut cream, fresh basil, fresh baby spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes.

Combine and stir until spinach is fully wilted. Adjust seasonings and serve!
