This simple Vegan Lemon Butter Pasta with Capers is so easy & delicious! It comes together in just a few minutes with straightforward ingredients. Buttery, salty, and bright–you need this recipe on your table!

INGREDIENTS

Melt butter and saute shallots until transluscent.

Add lemon zest and white wine. Simmer until reduced then add lemon juice. 

Turn heat to low and whisk in milk. Add capers and mix until combined.

Add in cooked angel hair pasta and toss until combined.
