TANGY CRANBERRY LEMON BARS

THE PERFECT DESSERT

These cranberry lemon bars are next-level satisfaction! If you like tart flavors like lemon, then you'll love these. Not too sweet, surprisingly simple, and perfect for entertaining!

INGREDIENTS

Add cranberries, sugar and water to a pot. Simmer until cranberries break down.

Combine softened butter, sugar, flour, lemon zest, and vanilla extract with your hands until crumbly.

Press the shortbread mixture into a lined pan. Prick the dough with a fork. Bake for 30 minutes. 

Combine 3 large eggs, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Mix with flour & sugar until smooth.

Add cranberry sauce on top of the shortbread crust. 

Carefully add the lemon curd on top of the cranberry sauce.

Chill for 2 hours. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, slice and serve!
