Make the perfect fall dish with this vegan pumpkin mac and cheese! This dish is creamy, savory, and cheesy without using any dairy or cashews. Have this on your table in 30 minutes or less!

INGREDIENTS

Whisk together milk of your choice and pumpkin puree until smooth.

Melt sage infused butter then add flour and whisk to create a roux. 

Slowly pour in the milk/pumpkin mixture whisking continuously until combined & smooth. Let simmer.

Add in cooked pasta and mix until fully combined.

Serve hot and garnish with sage & cracked pepper.
