SOURDOUGH STECCA BREAD

FRESH & DELICIOUS

Salty, soft, yet still crunchy, this no-knead small baguette is perfect with a little butter or jam. Just five main ingredients!

INGREDIENTS

Add sourdough starter to water and whisk to combine.

Mix together flour, sugar, and salt. Pour in the starter mixture and combine.

Let dough rise, covered, for 10-18 hours until doubled in size.

Mold dough into a sphere, allow to rise again forr 3-4 hours.

Divide dough and mold into 3 baguettes

Bake for 12-15 minutes.
