Vegan matcha cookies are bright, chewy, & the perfect amount of sweet! Make these one-bowl cookies for a sweet treat or an energy boost!


Cream together softened vegan butter and the sugars.

Add the vanilla and non-dairy milk, then mix again. 

Add flour, baking powder, and matcha powder, and mix again.

Scoop dough into 8-9 medium sized balls.

Bake at 350º Fahrenheit for 10-11 minutes, then cool & Enjoy!

Perfect chewy, soft cookies!
