WHITE CHEDDAR MAC & CHEESE

THE PERFECT MAC

This white cheddar mac and cheese is SO rich and creamy. Topped with buttery, garlic panko breadcrumbs, this dish is to die for, and a big upgrade from the boxed stuff!

INGREDIENTS

Heat milk in a small pot with 2 smashed garlic cloves until small bubbles form on the edges.

Melt butter then sprinkle in the flour and use a spatula to combine until crumbly.

Pour the milk into the butter and flour mixture and whisk until smooth and thick. Add seasonings.

Add cheeses and whisk until fully melted and smooth. 

Add cooked pasta to the sauce and mix until combined. 

Lightly toast breadcrumbs in melted butter and garlic. 

Sprinkle bread crumbs over mac and cheese and broil for 2 minutes.
