Pornstar Martini with Gin

If you love passionfruit and you love gin, you'll really love this Pornstar Martini with Gin! The classic recipe uses vanilla vodka, but I think it is so much better using gin! Tart, a little sweet, and fruity, this cocktail is a hit for everyone!

Notes

  • For the passionfruit liqueur, Passoa is the brand I recommend. Note that this is different from Chinola, which is also a passionfruit liqueur, but it will have a VERY different flavor and outcome. Use Passoa.
  • Buy pre-made vanilla or vanilla bean simple syrup OR make your own Homemade Vanilla Bean Syrup. It's easy and delicious to make at home.
  • Use whatever gin you like the best. For this recipe, I found that Roku gin works really well. Roku is a Japanese gin that is much more floral and slightly citrus-y.
