These Curry Roasted Chickpeas are the perfect thing to snack on! They are super crunchy, flavorful, and packed with plant-based protein. Just mix together some common spices, roast, and enjoy your healthy snack!

INGREDIENTS

Combine all of the spices in a bowl. 

Toss chickpeas in extra virgin olive oil and the spice blend. 

Roast in the oven for 28-30 minutes

Sprinkle them with salt while they are still hot. Serve & enjoy!
