This truffle tagliatelle is so creamy, buttery, and rich! Toss fresh tagliatelle with a truffle beurre blanc-style sauce for the most luxurious dinner!

INGREDIENTS

Simmer white wine, shallots and peppercorns. 

Add sliced mushrooms and simmer until all contents are almost dry.

Pour everything into a strainer and gently press out any liquid.
